Operating Instructions

Remove the from the packaging material and unscrew the button on the top of the lighter. Place the AAA battery with the positive terminal ( + ) “UP” and replace the button on top of the . Press the button and listen for a clicking sound. If there is no clicking sound check the battery installation. The is now ready.

Hold the near the object you are lighting and turn on the fuel. At the same time, press and hold the button on the until the fuel ignites and then release the button and remove the . (A clicking sound will be heard while the lighter is working)

ONCE THE FUEL HAS IGNITED, REMOVE THE SPARKLIGHT FROM THE FLAME.

ALWAYS keep a safe distance from the item when igniting gas.

If a clicking sound is not heard when the button is pressed the battery may be inserted upside down or the battery may be dead. You may visually check to see if the is working by looking at the far end of the igniter tube while pressing the button. If you do not see a spark inside the tube at the far end, the is not functioning properly. Check your battery.

Remember that because does not contain fuel the item you are using this with must have it’s own fuel supply. This unit can be used to light any appliance that burns natural gas, propane or any other combustable gas
